When I heard that they were making a sequel to The Fast and the Furious, all those years ago, I didn’t think much of it. A crap movie is going to have a crap sequel, maybe it will go straight to DVD, and I would hear anything about it ever again. But somehow, in some strange sequence of events, this series about Bro’s driving around has endured.
Watching that massive culmination of excess and mayhem, the only thing i really find surprising is that Michael Bay never got his hands on this franchise. Oh, and one other thing, how in the hell did it take this long for Jason Statham to be involved in this? I mean this is sort of his thing right?
Either way, this is a franchise that didnt seem to be going anywhere 3 movies ago, and from the look of this its not going anywhere now. The tragic death of Actor Paul Walker, may have been a bump in there road, but I dont see a cash cow series like this putting the brakes on, I think it will just continue until it runs out of gas.
Thats all the motor related puns I could think of.
